Terms & Conditions

By requesting an estimate, approving a quote, scheduling service, paying a deposit, or allowing ProTech Detailing LLC (“ProTech,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) to perform services on your vehicle, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Estimates & Final Pricing

All quotes and estimates are based on the information provided at the time of inquiry and the visible condition of the vehicle. Final pricing may increase if additional labor, contamination removal, excessive pet hair, stains, overspray, smoke odor, paint defects, or other unforeseen conditions are discovered upon inspection. Any pricing changes will be communicated for approval before additional work is performed whenever reasonably possible.

2. Deposits & Scheduling

A 10% non-refundable deposit per vehicle, per job may be required to reserve your appointment. This deposit is applied toward your final invoice and is not an additional fee. Appointments are not guaranteed until the deposit is received and confirmed.

3. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

We understand schedules can change. If an appointment is canceled, rescheduled, or missed within 24 hours of the scheduled service time, your deposit may be retained to offset lost scheduling time, labor allocation, and administrative costs. Requests made outside of the 24-hour window may be reviewed at our discretion.

4. Vehicle Condition & Results Disclaimer

Detailing, paint correction, odor treatment, ceramic coatings, tint, and paint protection film improve and protect a vehicle, but no service can make every vehicle perfect. We do not guarantee complete removal of: Permanent stains, Deep scratches, Rock chips, Worn surfaces, Etching, Severe odors, Paint failure, Interior damage, Previously repaired defects. Results vary based on age, condition, maintenance history, and material type.

5. Pre-Existing Damage

Customers are responsible for disclosing any known prior damage, repaints, bodywork, mechanical issues, sensitive trim, failing clear coat, aftermarket modifications, or electrical concerns before service begins. ProTech Detailing LLC is not responsible for issues resulting from pre-existing damage, prior improper repairs, weakened surfaces, aged materials, or hidden defects.

6. Ceramic Coatings, Paint Protection Film & Tint

Protective products reduce wear and improve maintenance, but they are not indestructible. Ceramic coatings do not prevent rock chips or major impacts. Paint Protection Film helps absorb impact but cannot stop all damage. Window tint may require cure time and proper aftercare. Product longevity depends on maintenance, driving conditions, storage, and environmental exposure. Any manufacturer warranties are subject to the manufacturer’s terms, maintenance requirements, and exclusions.

7. Customer Property & Personal Items

Please remove valuables, firearms, cash, and personal belongings before service. ProTech Detailing LLC is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property left inside the vehicle.

8. Vehicle Operation

By scheduling service, you authorize ProTech Detailing LLC staff to move, start, park, test, and reposition the vehicle as reasonably necessary to complete the requested services.

9. Completion Times

Estimated completion times are estimates only and may change due to vehicle condition, curing times, parts delays, weather, staffing, or additional approved work. We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.

10. Payment Terms

Payment in full is due upon completion and prior to vehicle release unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods may include cash, card, financing, or other approved methods. Chargebacks filed without first attempting to resolve the matter directly may be disputed using signed approvals, service records, photos, invoices, and communication history.

11. Storage & Abandoned Vehicles

Vehicles not picked up within a reasonable time after completion may incur storage fees unless prior arrangements are made. Vehicles left without communication may be subject to further action permitted by Arizona law.

12. Communications Consent (SMS, Email & CRM Notifications)

By submitting your contact information, requesting service, or approving an estimate, you consent to receive communications from ProTech Detailing LLC regarding: Estimates, Scheduling, Appointment reminders, Service updates, Approval requests, Invoice notifications, Follow-up messages, Customer support, Occasional promotional offers

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP. Service-related messages may still be sent when necessary to complete active transactions.

13. Photo & Video Authorization

Unless you request otherwise in writing before service begins, you grant ProTech Detailing LLC permission to photograph and/or video your vehicle for documentation, training, quality control, and marketing purposes. No personal identifying information will be intentionally shared without permission.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, ProTech Detailing LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from services performed. Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be handled in the appropriate courts located in Arizona.

16. Acceptance of Terms

By approving an estimate, paying a deposit, scheduling service, signing electronically, checking a box in our CRM, or allowing service to begin, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
